Bi-Component Yarns
Polyester Nylon Bi-Component DTY Yarns (80:20) is made from conjugated yarn of polyamide (Nylon-6) 20%~30% and polyester 70%~80%. This conjugated yarn is later separated into 16 micro filaments by special treatment (Draw Textured and Alkali Treatment) so that the conjugated yarn becomes ultra fine microfiber (As figures). The NP DTY has specific characteristics, including softness, toughness, absorption, and cleaning capabilities and is widely used in mats, knits and weaves for apparel, upholstery, industrial filters and cleaning products.
